CRM Architecture – Conceptual View

The diagram below, illustrates a typical CRM management process whereby customer and prospect information is

extracted from a data warehouse or other sources to create an integrated CRM Data Mart from which critical

business performance indicators -- customer demographics, financial, transactional, products, preferences,

behavior, profitability scores, historical data -- is used to generate real-time, precision-marketing campaigns across

multiple delivery channels. The CRM Architecture also calls  for a "feedback Loop" or retrofit process to further

enrich customer  relationships with new products and services for future promotions.
